Shipping and delivery of products

The products are delivered anywhere in Europe, through express courier companies.
Because the products are tailor-made, delivery is made by express courier, within 2-4 days from telephone / email confirmation, for any locality. The term may be modified depending on the availability of stock or conditions that prevent the activity of couriers, announced by the courier company with which SUN MUZE S.R.L. collaborates.
Shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. The transport tariffs are set by the courier companies and can be paid as the total amount of the package upon receipt.
SUN MUZE S.R.L. is not the beneficiary of the transport costs.
♣ Payment of products
1. Refund, upon delivery of the package by the courier.
2. Through the payment processor (Netopia Mobil Pay).
♣ Return policy
According to GEO 34/2014 Art. 9 paragraph 1: the client benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial premises, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without bears other costs than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and in art. 14.
The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period.
1. The equivalent value of the transport of the products to SUN MUZE S.R.L. will be borne by the client;
2. The products must be in very good condition, not to be used or worn; they can only be returned in the original packaging without being damaged;
3. The supply of products made according to the specifications specified by the consumer or clearly customized by him is not accepted;
4. If the products have a seal, it must not be opened – the product must be returned sealed;
5. The condition of the purchased products must be the same as when purchasing / receiving them. Any sign of wear on the packaging / product cancels the right of return.
6. Other specific data regarding the situation and condition of the products can be obtained by contacting us online or by email / phone.
7. Products that have modifications, loose stitches, tears, stains, etc. are not accepted for return.
Products that cannot be returned cf O.U.G. 34/2014
1. the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized; customized products with sizes that are not found in the standard size grid, and which, consequently, can no longer be resold.
