According to GEO 34/2014 Art. 9 paragraph 1: the client benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial premises, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without bears other costs than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and in art. 14.

The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period.

1. The equivalent value of the transport of the products to Sun Muze SRL will be borne by the client; The return fee is 25 lei and is paid at the time of delivery of the package to the courier.

2. The products must be in very good condition, not to be used or worn; they can only be returned in the original packaging without being damaged;

3. The supply of products made according to the specifications specified by the consumer or clearly customized by him is not accepted;

4. If the products have a seal, it must not be opened – the product must be returned sealed;

5. The condition of the purchased products must be the same as when purchasing / receiving them. Any sign of wear on the packaging / product cancels the right of return.

Products that show modifications, breaks, scratches, etc. Are not accepted for return

If all the above conditions are met, the seller will return to the buyer the amount spent within 14 days of receiving the return.

Products that cannot be returned cf O.U.G. 34/2014
1. Providing products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized; customized products with sizes that are not found in the standard size grid, and which, consequently, can no longer be resold.
